Here we are, living the life in London. And, oh boy, food is everywhere. And from everywhere. Let’s the food hunt begin !
Talking about food profusion (« There are too many options » as Madonna would say), Camden Lock market is an amazing jumble of food stalls. That’s in this food paradise (« But I ain’t never crossed a man that didn’t deserve it », right Coolio ?) that we went to celebrate this end-of-August Bank Holiday.

What about the food?
Chin Chin Labs is an ice-cream parlour, using nitrogen to make instantaneous delicious ice-creams. When the term « culinary science » could not be more accurate. You can choose from a restricted selection of flavours, and even have them as stunning ice-cream sandwiches. Not to mention their toppings. Everything is homemade and their nitrogen ice-creams are minute-maid (nope, nothing to do with the orange juice brand) in front of your eyes. How could it be more
We had their Cookie-Which: Two deliciously soft cookies which encircle an amazing burnt butter caramel ice-cream. The staff even put some extra fleur de sel on it.
Oh, and for an extra 55p, you can choose one topping amongst Cinnamon toast, chocolate sauce, hazelnut sand, and so on. We had the grilled white chocolate. Yep, that’s actually a thing.
And it was freakin’ amazing.
What is it like inside?
The place is quite small, with just three tables, a few benches against the wall and a bunch of stools. The cool thing is that you can directly see the « kitchen », where the magic happens. The staff is nice, and everything looks bright and clean. After seeing all the different toppings in their cute jars, we dare you to not have at least one of them.
If the amazing taste of their ice-cream sandwich wasn’t enough to convince you… Tell yourself it’s scientific curiosity.
Hey you! What’s your favourite ice-cream parlour in London ?
